This where a number occur only twice in a row or column and there is a second row where the number also happens only twice and they align
The Red Yellow convention for marking is still used. This can normally be spotted using highlighting of numbers.
Column 1 and Column 7 have both got only two 2's and they are aligned. Therefore the possible elimination of the 2's in Row 3 and Row 9.
